James Cordero grew up in the Lower East Side of Manhattan in New York City and is the youngest of three children. He attended high school in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, did his undergraduate studies in business at Ohio State University, and has an MBA from Cornell University.
James met his wife, Lucy, while growing up in Manhattan and started dating after college. They’ve been married for 27 years and are blessed with two sons who are in college. James and Lucy have lived in New York, Connecticut, and Arkansas while James worked in corporate America with Kraft, Dannon, and Walmart.
James and Lucy are extremely excited to now be in New Jersey to embark on their journey as Chick-fil-A® franchisees, forge a strong bond with their NJ community, and to be close to their families in the Northeast. James is enthusiastic about team development and developing a culture of care at Chick-fil-A Old Bridge.
They reside in Morganville, NJ and are both passionate about education and community involvement. They look forward to serving the communities of Middlesex and Monmouth counties that surround their Chick-fil-A restaurant in Old Bridge.
